Building a Pantry – General Pantry
Having a pantry at the ready is always a good idea. Life can throw things at you or you get busy, and suddenly a trip to the grocery store can’t happen. If you have a stock of pantry items you are good to go! Be sure to stay on top of expiration dates, and rotate pantry items using the oldest items first. This is a general list. You can add favorite ingredients that you use often, or take off things you don’t like or never use. My own list includes chocolate chips – you never know when an emergency batch of chocolate chip cookies needs to happen!
